New Jersey Brewery and Brew Pub
As a New Jersey Brewery we are proud to offer a wide variety of beers. We have a range of beers that are available all year round at our brew pub in NJ. We feature six handcrafted beers (which includes a seasonal offering) by the Pint, Mug, Growler or Basil’s Sampler.
All of our beers are handcrafted in the on premise NJ brewery, made from our Brew master’s own recipes. We proudly brew a variety of traditional beer styles and more distinctive specialty ales and lagers.
Basil T’s New Jersey Brew Pub is open to the public from Monday thru Saturday starting at 4 p.m. and dinner starts at 3 p.m. on Sundays.
Brewed daily, using only the best ingredients, Basil T’s microbrewery in New Jersey strives to bring you the freshest, most flavorful beer.
*Our seasonal beers change accordingly and include a wide array of styles. Please ask your server or bartender about our current seasonal brew.
And since matching beer and food is not too different from pairing wine with food, if you’re planning to have dinner in New Jersey there’s only one great option: Basil T’s Brewery & Italian Grill, located in the heart of downtown Red Bank.
Award Winning New Jersey Microbrewery
Basil T’s Brewery & Italian Grill, a Monmouth County New Jersey Microbrewery, has recently won the Asbury Park Press Award of “Best Microbrewery in Monmouth County”.
And we cannot leave apart the fact that we also have an Award Winning Brewer, Gretchen Schmidhausler. She worked at several other New Jersey breweries before coming to Basil T’s in 1999. Gretchen is only the second Head Brewer in Basil’s history.
